We pride ourselves on Optimizing our Patients Vision for Life. That is our mission Statement. For me personally, serving our community and creating the perfect 2020 for you has been a 25 year love affair.
Due to the pandemic, as of March 19, 2020 we have ramped our activities way down. We have suspended well-vision patient examinations. I will certainly be available for emergency eye care issues, on a case by case basis, until it is safe to resume normal operations. In the meantime, please contact us by calling the office @ 313.885.5400, emailing us at info@bayneoptical.com, or send messaging us through our FaceBook page, Telemedicine or text my cell phone 313.529.6573. Any of those methods are suitable for you to be triaged for emergencies.
I recognize there are contact lens and eyeglass patients who will be needing their supplies and materials. Our office has begun contacting you. Due to the Governor’s mandate on Monday March 23 will make arrangements for pickups and / or deliveries as available. That service will not go on indefinitely, out of an abundance of caution for our staff. Camille and I will be making those deliveries.
Please know I did not take these decisions lightly. My team and I are committed to this community and we will do everything reasonably in our power to mitigate the inconvenience this will cause.
