Dr. Michael Lowe is a lifetime east sider. Born just down the street from where he owns and operates Bayne Optical, he lives with his family in Grosse Pointe Park.

Dr. Lowe offers his patients the newest techniques, procedures, equipment and medicines, and he routinely exceeds the professional requirement for continuing education coursework. He’s devoted to providing his patients with the very best practices in eye health and vision management.

He’s a trusted resource for contact lens researchers/developers to help them better their products, and he has a depth of experience in lenses for patients who have special needs.

His credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree from Oakland University and a Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago.

Dr. Lowe is an active member of St. Joan of Arc Parish, a Knight of Columbus at St. Paul on the Lake and a member of the Grosse Pointe Lions Club.

Erika has been at Bayne for over two years and continues to expand her knowledge. Her medical experience did not begin with us, but rather over 13 years ago. Erika is our Assistant Office Manager and is also working toward her Optician certification. Aside from being an amazing employee, she is also considered the office foodie. She loves her dog Sophie, and likes to enrich her life by seeking adventure.

Alexis is the newest member of the Bayne family. We are privileged to have had her for over 1 year. She has a BA in psychology as well as an English minor. Her love for English still shines through, and she is rarely seen without a book. She enjoys travel, especially the beach. Alexis is working toward her Optician certification.

Tish was born and raised in Detroit,MI where she attended Detroit Public Schools. After graduating from Everest Institute with her certificate in Medical Administrative Assistant, Tish decided to begin her career in the optical field. With over 12 years experience. Tish is An asset to Bayne Optical and looks forward to learning and growing more in the field of Optometry. When Tish has spare time, she can be found crafting and cooking for her family And friends.
